An Update on the Future of Pandyman Entertainment
This year has been undeniably tough for us here at Pandyman Entertainment. The decision to step back from attending live shows has significantly impacted our income, though it has admittedly been a much-needed break for my own mental health.
While shows have always been a major avenue for us, our storefront relies on two main pathways: live events and our website. Currently, we are supporting two active games! Threat Level: Emergency Response and Trench Offensive, with a third, Dwarven Holidays, currently on the way and coming in April 2027.
The Website Dilemma
Our website needs work; there is no hiding that. The ideal solution would be to pay a professional to build and host the site, leaving me to simply tinker with it. However, that requires a significant financial investment, and if I am being completely honest, the immediate return on investment, just isn't there right now.

Seeking Guidance in the Industry
I have tried reaching out to industry distribution experts and content creators for advice. More often than not, it feels like sending emails into a void.
The Good: I’ve had the privilege of speaking with Steve from Rubicon and John from Warlord Games—both of whom are brilliant and incredibly helpful.
The Bad: Conversely, I’ve received some incredibly dismissive feedback from individuals at the largest distribution company in the industry (passed along via a third party, so we won't name names).
What is Next?
To survive this chaotic climate of global politics and shifting financial landscapes, I have to make a definitive plan. A business is built by its owner, but it only continues because of its customers. As I look at the crossroads ahead, I see a few potential paths:
The "Square Enix" Approach: Much like Square Enix did in the 1980s, I could just keep throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks. However, they were making computer games in an era where long-term post-launch support wasn't a necessity. It’s a different beast today.
The Scale-Back: I could significantly reduce our overhead by selling off our miniature ranges entirely and transitioning to a book-only publisher.
The Statistics Option: I could give up. Plenty of game studios have folded, and my own rules collection is filled with dozens of dead game systems. Businesses are closing across Suffolk every day; Pandyman could just become another statistic.

We Want Your Feedback
Pandyman Entertainment cannot navigate this next chapter alone. If you have taken the time to read this, thank you so much for your ongoing support. I am openly welcoming any and all feedback from you, our community, on how we should move forward.
What would you like to see from us? Which path makes the most sense to you? Let me know your thoughts on the future of Pandyman.
