Service as It Should Be

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers and users. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions! Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

This is because we don’t keep huge amounts of stock, and it can take us a couple of days depending on your order to manage the fulfilment. We work hard to get you the products as quickly as possible. 

While we work hard to get the product out to you, if our shipping provider is having issues or in strike action, we will look at other options, if we know in advance. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Order Pick-up

We offer FREE event pick-up, which available for all orders as long as you pick up at the named event, we are attending. We don’t offer local delivery or collection. 

Event Pick-Up should be made by the person who placed the order. However, failing that, a named person can collect the order if we are notified in advance by the customer. 

In-store pickup

We don’t currently offer In-Store Pick-up

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to any region, other than the United Kingdom. 

This is something, we are actively working on correcting. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@pandyman.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@pandyman.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
