Threat Level: Emergency Response Rulebook

The third edition of the hugely successful Threat Level Wargame was created by Paul Howells and Pandyman Entertainment. This is a 2d6 narrative wargaming system, with plenty of game options. The game is based on the modern (2010 - Present) British emergency services as they battle the horrors they face every day.

Play as the Police, Ambulance, or Fire Brigade while they battle against the tides in different missions with more missions on the way. The game has an AI system which plays as the public, profiles, and Antagonists. 
 
This rulebook is neurodivergent and dyslexia friendly. The rulebook is written to be easy to read, with plain, simple rules to ease learning.
